Valley School Book Parade

This year all the classes chose an author or series of books to represent at the Book Fair Parade. Here is the description for Room 9...

"R9 is celebrating the “Dumb Bunnies Easter”. In this story everything is muddled up. The Dumb Bunnies celebrate Easter at Christmas time, they hang themselves on the mantlepiece instead of their stockings, they wear summer clothes in the middle of winter and the Easter Santa throws raw eggs down the chimney. Making Merry Easter, The Dumb Bunnies favourite time of the year. Merry Easter everyone!"

Valley School Cross Country

Here are a few photos of Room 9, in action,  at the Cross Country today. Every child who ran should be very proud of the effort they put into training and running on the day.

Drama time in Room 9!

As part of our class inquiry this term, we are discussing and learning about our Passions, Skills and Talents. We started with acting and everyone in Room 9 worked hard to put together plays. On Friday the children performed for their R18 buddy class. We filmed the plays and hoped to upload them onto our Blog, but the files are too big for this. So here are some still photos.
